Lake Rotoroa remains closed 09/10/23

Sadly the Lake Rotoroa remains closed due to high blue green algal counts. We will update the website as more information comes to hand. For the moment we have shifteds the HYC learn to sail and intermediate training programmes to Lake Ngaroto. Ngaroto Sailing Club has also said HYC members would be welcome to join their Saturday afternoon club racing events. They have centreboard racing scheduled for 14th and 28th October (though on the 28th there will also be a trailer sailer regatta going on at the same time.
